Learn moreTo ensure your handyman visit is as efficient and stress-free as possible, a little preparation goes a long way. Here’s what we recommend:
1. Prioritize your tasks
Write down a list of everything you need done. If you have a "must-do" and a "nice-to-do," mark the must-dos so your expert can tackle the most important items first within the time block.
2. Clear the work area
Please move any items off the work surface or floor where the handyman will be working. If you're having flooring work or painting done, move furniture out of the room entirely.
3. Identify access points
If you're having a leak fixed or a light fixture installed, ensure we have easy access to the area (e.g., unlocked doors, unlocked attic hatches). If we can't get in, the job can't start.
4. Know your budget
Our hourly rate is transparent, but if you have a strict budget for a specific project, let us know upfront. We can adjust our approach to stay within your limits.
